You can register your return within 14 days of receiving the product. You then have another 14 days to return the product. 

In order to receive a full refund, it is important to return the product in its original condition and undamaged. So you can look at the product as you would in the store.

Returns can be made easily via your Vergelijkeven. nl account be registered under orders. If you do not have access to your account, you can also send an email to info@vergelijkeven. nl. Don't forget to include your order number. We can also look this up for you using your email address.

Once payment has been received, you will receive your money back into your account within 2 working days.

You cannot return the following items:

• Software where the seal has been broken.
• Digital activation codes, e. g. B. For Microsoft Office;
• Vouchers, gift cards and vouchers.
• Cartridges and toners that have had their protective film removed.
