Warranty and repair
All products come with a minimum 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Your product should not break under normal use for the first 2 years. If so, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Within the manufacturer’s warranty, you can contact us for repairs. Is your product defective within 14 days of purchase? Then you can choose to get your money back.
To claim the warranty, you can contact our customer service. We will help you and inform you whether your item needs to be sent in for inspection or repair or whether we can send you a replacement product directly.
