Return

You can register your return within 14 days of receiving the product. After that, you will have another 14 days to return the product.

In order to recover the full purchase amount, it is important to return the product in its original condition and undamaged. So you can calmly look at the product as you would in the store.

The return can be easily registered via your Favou.com account under Orders. If you do not have access to your account, you can also send an email to [email protected]. Don’t forget to include your order number. With the help of your e-mail address we can also look up these for you.

After receiving the payment, you will receive your money back to your account within 2 working days.

You cannot return the following items:

• Software in which the seal was broken.
• Digital activation codes, e.g. B. for Microsoft Office;
• Vouchers, gift cards and vouchers.
• Cartridges and toners in which the protective film has been removed.
