Warranty and Repair

On all products you get at least 2 years warranty on manufacturing defects. Your product should not break during normal use in the first 2 years. If so, we will repair or replace it for free.

Within the manufacturer's warranty you can contact us for repairs. Is your product defective within 14 days of purchase? Then you can choose to get your money back.

To take advantage of the warranty, you can contact our customer service. We will help you and inform you whether your item needs to be sent in for inspection or repair or if we can send you a replacement product directly.
