The roller reacts very strongly to direction changes, so fine control of movements is very important. A tip for beginners: practice the movement on mats or carpet tiles. On this surface, the roller is slightly slowed down. The exercise device is nearly indestructible. The standing board is made of birch plywood, the surface is naturally lacquered with a grid hole or plug system all around for foot oscillations and resistance bands. The edges are rounded, and the bottom is equipped with 4 rubber stops to protect the surface when placed down. The roller is made of solid pine wood and is fitted with non-slip guide rings to prevent jamming and slipping under the board.
