Guidelines for Custom Heat Moldable Insoles Our Gamechangers Elite's unique arch technology is activated by heat, causing the insole to expand and perfectly contour to the shape of your foot. Trim the toe section to ensure a snug fit within your shoes. They should slide in with ease. Then, place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110°C for 8-10 minutes. Do not use a microwave. Once the arch has softened completely, they are set for use.
