You pay the costs for adjacent buildings. By placing a roof, you earn the corresponding points.Manage your resources and plan carefully. Try to achieve your city planning goals before time runs out. Don't leave too many opportunities to your competitors.Tower Up can be played in two difficulty levels. The easiest is for a family game, the more difficult for strategic game nights.
